From Our CEO
Richard Hamburg
Rich is a Senior AFIP Certified F&I Professional with roots in Delaware, where he began his career selling vehicles. He advanced through various dealership roles, including Sales Manager and General Sales Manager, before specializing in Finance & Insurance (F&I) management for the majority of his dealership career.

In 2008, Rich transitioned to the role of Finance & Insurance Trainer, working extensively with over 200 dealerships across the tri-state area to enhance their F&I systems and processes.

By 2015, Rich had ascended to the position of District Manager, specializing in Finance & Insurance. Today, he leverages his expertise to optimize F&I sales and profitability for auto dealers through process enhancements and talent development. Rich is recognized for his commitment to improving others' skills and fostering productive relationships with dealers.
